Safeguarding
Our shared responsibility
We are committed to creating safe, respectful environments for everyone. Our colleagues are trained to recognise signs of harm and raise concerns immediately.
We follow clear, robust safeguarding procedures and empower every person – whether supported or employed – to speak out when something doesn’t feel right.
Safeguarding
We take our moral and regulatory responsibility to safeguard and promote the welfare of the people we support very seriously. It’s everyone’s responsibility.
We aim to create a safe and welcoming environment. One where everyone is valued and treated with respect.
We’re alert to the signs of abuse and neglect. Our full safeguarding policy is available to all colleagues, families and partners.
If you have a safeguarding concern or to request our policy, please speak to your care home manager or any member of our team.
Whistleblowing
We encourage all our colleagues to raise any concerns internally, and we partner with See Hear Speak Up, an independent whistleblowing helpline, for colleagues to raise their concerns confidentially. They can speak up by:
Ringing the helpline number on: 0800 988 6818
Going online to raise your concern on the SeeHearSpeakUp website: www.seehearspeakup.co.uk/en/file-a-concern
E-mailing information to: report@seehearspeakup.co.uk
