Supporting adults to grow, connect and live meaningful lives
Cranbourne House is a warm and welcoming residential care home in Toller, Bradford, supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, dual diagnoses and complex needs, including epilepsy. The home offers seven spacious en-suite bedrooms and a self-contained flat for someone who benefits from a quieter, more independent space.
Inside, bright lounges and a shared dining area create a friendly, social atmosphere. There’s also a sensory room, a glow-in-the-dark galaxy designed together by the people who live here and their support team – where calm, creativity and connection shine. There’s even a newly created multi-faith room! Outside, the large garden is perfect for relaxing or enjoying group activities.
Guided by our Strive model of support, the team helps each person build daily living skills, confidence, and meaningful relationships. With easy access to shops, cafés, parks, and Bradford’s cultural highlights, Cranbourne House is a place where everyone can truly flourish.
