With the sunshine making a strong appearance this week, temperatures have risen right across england and wales. At ivolve, our colleagues have been finding creative, caring and fun ways to help the people we support stay cool and comfortable.

One great example is our St Gwynllyw development centre in wales, where colleagues brought the sunshine to life with a splash of joy – quite literally!

The people we support enjoyed water play, outdoor games and plenty of time in the fresh air. It wasn’t just about beating the heat, but also about creating happy moments, building confidence and encouraging people to be part of something fun and meaningful.

This is what our Strive model of support is all about! Supporting people in ways that are tailored to them, helping them feel safe, valued, and connected. In this case, it was as simple as a hosepipe, a paddling pool, and a lot of laughter.

We’re proud of our colleagues for always thinking outside the box and bringing the ivolve values to life, no matter the weather.
