A warm ivolve welcome to Ian McKay

After serving with the Group for six years since its inception, Paul Marriner will be stepping down as Chairman. Paul will continue to contribute to the Group as a senior advisor to our investors.

Ian McKay joins the ivolve Group Board in the role of Chairman. Ian brings a wealth of experience from senior leadership roles in several renowned global engineering businesses.  Throughout his career, Ian has been responsible for managing strategy and growth agendas.

His career also includes a transformative year revitalising income streams for a major international Non-Government Organisation (NGO), and leading a fostering agency for children with special needs. Over the past twelve years, Ian has Chaired the boards of high-growth and quality organisations, including Witherslack Group, a leading provider of education and care for children and young people with special educational needs.
