In a quiet but meaningful moment, Fieldbay officially rebrands to ivolve Care & Support. It’s more than a new name – it’s the next step in a story that’s already six years in the making.

The team in Wales has long been part of the ivolve group. Behind the scenes, we’ve worked side by side – sharing expertise, values, and a deep-rooted commitment to person-led support. This rebrand simply brings that unity into the spotlight.

Now, as ivolve, we move forward together with greater clarity, greater strength, and a shared vision to benefit more lives.

For the people we support in Wales, nothing changes. They will continue to receive the same outstanding care from the familiar faces they know and trust. Referral processes, local leadership, and service delivery all continue as before.

What’s new, is what’s possible! As ivolve, we can widen our national network of specialist services – including in-house nursing teams, clinical leadership, and proven care models like Strive to change more lives.

This opens up new opportunities to grow our nursing-led services across the UK and build on what’s already working well.

This aligns with our wider growth strategy: to continue building a national organisation with deep local presence – always committed to dynamic, fulfilling, and person-centred support.

From 01 June 2025, Fieldbay services will appear under the ivolve Care & Support name. Our email addresses now use the @ivolve.theprogressteam.co.uk/ format, and we’ll continue updating our digital presence and materials to reflect the rebrand.
