Fieldbay is pleased to announce the appointment of Dan Svensson as its new Managing Director. Dan joins Fieldbay at a pivotal time as the organisation embarks on the next stage of its growth and modernisation journey.
With over 35 years of experience in the care sector, Dan Svensson brings a wealth of expertise to his new role. Most recently, he served as Chief Operating Officer at a prominent social care provider supporting more than 600 people across England and Wales. During his tenure, Dan was instrumental in enhancing care services for vulnerable adults with complex conditions, driving operational improvements, and ensuring the highest standards of care across a diverse portfolio of services.
Dan’s career began at the frontline of care, providing him with a deep understanding of the challenges faced by care workers and the individuals Fieldbay supports. His extensive hands-on experience, coupled with a commitment to delivering person-centred care, has established him as a compassionate and effective leader within the sector.
Fieldbay specialises in supporting individuals with mental illness, learning disabilities, challenging behaviour, dementia, and long-term conditions such as Huntington’s disease. As part of the wider ivolve Group, Fieldbay offers a comprehensive range of services, including nursing care, residential care, domiciliary care, and supported living.
